Smedberg-Shane Wedding August 9th, 2009

Jordan Smedberg got to live out a childhood dream on August 9th, 2009...She married the man of her dreams in front of her childhood vacation home which her parents later purchased and now live in on Squirrel Lake, Minocqua, WI. Jordan and Billy actually live in New York and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed photographing this wedding. They were joined by nearly 30 friends and family from New York who came to spend quality time in the "Our" beautiful Northwoods. They were blessed with a beautiful day and with a ceremony overlooking the lake they exchanged vows in front of nearly 80 friends and family. You could tell how much this group of friends loved each other...there was a crazy energy in the air all night....might have something to do with them all being from New York..but who knows! I was asked to come back the next day on Monday the 10th to the Island House which they had rented, to capture some candid memories during a fun day on the lake with their close friends and family. Jordan and Billy....Thank you very much for inviting me to spend your fairy tale wedding with you, I thoroughly enjoyed meeting your friends and family.
